1. The Achievers Network mission is to connect, educate and economically empower tits members. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide opportunities for high school students to obtain a 2 or 4 year degree. 
    

2. NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT PER SCHOLARSHIP

   1. Two (2) scholarships to be awarded annually each not to exceed $500 per student per academic year.

   2. The scholarship award is payable to the institution where the applicant will attend.
       

3. REQUIREMENTS

   To qualify for this scholarship, a student must meet these criteria:

     1.The applicant must be graduating from a high school in the Tri-State area

     2. The applicant must enter a program that leads to an associate’s or bachelor’s degree for the following academic year
    

4. Complete and submit on-line application and submit the following documents no later than March 31:

   1. Student essay

   2. Student resume

   3. Copy of the applicant’s most recent high or college school transcript

   4. Financial Aid Report from the FASFA

   5. Student Aid Report from the university or school where the applicant will be attending
       

5. SELECTION

   1. The selection of the recipients will be made by committee
       

6. RENEWABILITY

   1. This scholarship is non-renewable.
